
Bhaya Cruises, one of the biggest operators in Halong Bay which is a business unit of HG Holdings, was the first property in Vietnam that offered me a chance to show my skills in customer relationship management and online marketing with the use of social media networks.
I was in the front line at the height of Bhaya's popularity to leisure travelers' online and was a big contributor for repeat guests reservations having worked closely with the service team to entertain the Corporate segment friends and supporters.
